School-Age Child Care: B.A.S.I.C.S.

B.A.S.I.C.S.: As of January 2004, we are sorry to say, that no funds are available; we hope that changes soon!
We want to help you & your school-age program!

Through project B.A.S.I.C.S., we are going to help enhance quality in school-age care programs in the state of Tennessee. Any DHS licensed school-age provider is eligible! Those DOE certifies programs, participating in the Star-Quality system, are also eligible.

B.A.S.I.C.S. offers:
*Technical Assistance with programming, room arrangement,...etc.
*Assistance with procuring materials & supplies needed for quality programs
*Provide resource and reference materials

For an application or information, please contact:

**We are in search of additional funds to support this program. At the present time, we are unable to travel outside of the Nashville area. Also, due to loss of state funds, we are unable to assist with the purchase of many supplies.**
