"Putting the FUN Back into Physical Activity"

This highly interactive workshop will renew your passion for the health of our children through a variety of evidence-based skills, activities and games that engage, inspire, and motivate children to be healthy and active. Be prepared to be active, have FUN and leave with a variety of easy-to-implement tools based on instructional best practices.
Dennis Carter is the President of Well Balance Health and Fitness Services in Arizona. This organization is dedicated to encouraging and teaching others on how to pursue better balance in life, health and relationships. Dennis has experience in health education, exercise science, firness and coaching. He has served as a CATCH Field Director since 2002 and is currently a National CATCH Trainer.

AFTERNOON SEMINAR INFORMTION (1:00-4:00)

"Laugh and Learn"

A unique, fast paced presentation of child development principles delivered in both a humorous and serious manner by one of America's most respected child advocates, Dr. Allen Mallory. He explores, as only he can, such topics as discipline, self concept, staff relations, parents, curriculum areas and motivation. His "Bill Cosby" approach to these experiences have led hundreds of directors to say that his workshop had a more positive and lasting influence on them and their staff than any....ever!
