Take a retro trip back to the 60's with these psychedelic cupcakes! Make any cupcakes that you wish. You'll need: --28 baked cupcakes --4 or 5 colors gel icing (red, blue, yellow, green, and purple) --toothpicks --white icing Frost the cupcakes with white icing. Squirt a series of concentric circles of different-colored gel icing on each cupcake. To create the tie-dye effect, draw a toothpick through the gel, moving from center outward like a spider web. Arrange all of the cupcakes into a giant peace sign before eating!
