Subject: Make Snow Ice Cream

Date: Tue Jan 9 16:43:

Author: Tonya (tonyamb@bellsouth.net)

Living in Tennessee, we don't see a lot of snow. In case we have a good snow, you need to know how to make snow ice cream.

Collect clean fresh snow. When you're back inside and thawed out, take the collected snow out of the freezer. You can add food coloring to the wet snow, stir and return to freezer for a snow sculpturing contest later!

You need:
--3 cups loose, clean snow
--2 TBS milk
--1/4 cup sugar
--1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients, sample the result and add more sugar & vanilla to taste.
