These ice cream ducks are delicious, fun to make & take no time at all.
You need: --ice cream (flavor of your choice-vanilla or lemon sherbet works well) --chocolate chips or raisins --orange gumdrops, flattened --fruit leather or dried apricots --paper cupcake liners
First spread out a paper cupcake liner & set on small plate or in bowl. For the body, place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream (or your choice) on top of liner. Create the neck by topping the body with a spoonful of ice cream & use the bowl of a spoon to flatten it slightly. Place a small scoop of ice cream on the neck for the head. Press on chocolate chips or raisins for eyes. Kids will get really creative on details! For a beak, flatten an orange gumdrop & cut in two pieces. Finally, make webbed feet with pieces of fruit leather or dried apricots.
