These are very easy to make; they make a great mini ghost to hang for decorations. You need: --small round or oval balloons --white tissue paper (you can use white fabric too) --rubber bands --string --black marker Blow up several balloons & knot them at the neck. Place each balloon in the center of a sheet of tissue paper or fabric. Gather the paper around the balloon & secure it with a rubber band. Draw a scary face on each ghost. Hang each ghost by tying a string to the rubber band.
