Subject: Chopstick Trick

Great idea for adding the Multicultural Flair to your program.

Little hands may struggle holding chopsticks, but a trick that uses the paper wrapper they come in & a rubber band can help.
Roll up wrapper & put it between the tops of the sticks--holding tightly. Wrap the band on one end of the roll; twist it around sticks, making a figure eight. Pull around to the roll's other end; slip band around it. Repeat until the band is tight. The sticks will stay straight & won't ciss-cross.

Now everone can enjoy using the chopsticks with some lo mein or other Chinese dish.
